We are in the financial agency business in Canada with head office in Mississauga, Ontario and our growing business need talented, business-minded individuals interested in being trained to build and develop client relationships within their local communities to advise people looking for solutions to their particular needs in respect of but not limited to Life, Home, Auto, travel, critical illness, long term care, disability, business insurance; retirement plan and tax free savings account. We  support you in every step by providing guidance from experienced and seasoned professionals. We distribute products of the top ranking companies in the world to guaranty your clients get only the best they deserve

 

Education:

  • Minimum High School diploma in Canada; but willing to pursue education while on the job;
  • Minimum of two year college or university if educated outside of Canada

Qualifications: To be considered you will need

  • at least 2-3 years business experience and a successful track record in sales, customer service, business management and/or business ownership
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to succeed are also critical to your success.
  • Candidates must have or be able to obtain property/ casualty and life insurance sales licenses from the Ontario Insurance Commission at least within six month while on training with Precision Insurance Services Inc.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell auto, home, life and other insurance products to individuals and groups within assigned territory using consultative selling techniques.
  • Identify prospective customers using established lead methods.
  • Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with policyholders and within community.
  • Make group presentations to decision-makers in organizations.
  • Service and maintain renewal policies.
  • Participate in various incentive programs and contests designed to support achievement of production goals.
  • Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines.
